Florida Electrical Contractors require 14 CEH biennially by August 31st in even years.
Of the 14 CEH, at least:
-7 hours must be in technical subjects
-1 hour must be in workplace safety
-1 hour must be in business practice
-1 hour must be in worker’s compensation
-1 hour must be on an Advanced Module of the FL Building Code
-1 hour must be laws & rules
Note: Alarm System Contractors and Electrical Contractors engaged in alarm system contracting are required to get 2 hours of ‘false alarm prevention’.
